5- How long does EURAGGLO S.A.S. keep my personal data?

EURAGGLO S.A.S. keeps your personal data only for the necessary time for the described purposes. In principle, your personal data are deleted 3 years after your last active interaction with EURAGGLO S.A.S. In this way, we also avoid the retention of irrelevant information. Since contractual liability claims are only time-barred after 10 years, we will archive certain personal data during this period, and only for this purpose. If other legal obligations impose a longer retention period (in particular, in terms of invoice retention), we will of course comply with this regulation.

6- Does EURAGGLO S.A.S. transmit my personal data to other organizations?

For the purposes referred to in Article 4, EURAGGLO S.A.S. may use “subcontractors”. They act exclusively on our behalf and may only process your personal data according to our instructions.

For examples, we use suppliers for marketing, communication, logistics and IT services to customize and optimize our services, process credit card transactions and collections and limit fraud in credit card and other payment transactions, organize contests, deliver purchased products, co-organize our events, provide customer services, collect debts, etc…

These providers may be given access to your personal data or other information when they provide such services. We only allow these companies to process your personal data to the extent necessary for the provision of their services. We also ensure that these subcontractors ensure an adequate level of security in terms of data protection.

In addition to the involvement of such “subcontractors” for the services described, we share personal data that you have expressly provided to us, such as your name, e-mail address and other non-automated data, with other parties only if we have received your explicit consent to this effect, unless a legal provision, a request from a public body or a court decision requires us to do so.

In addition, we may transmit your personal data to companies within EURAGGLO S.A.S. and share them with them, which, depending on the case, will be considered as subcontractors or joint controllers.

7- Are personal data transmitted to countries that do not guarantee similar personal data protection?

EURAGGLO S.A.S. collects your data in its databases and aims to protect these data in accordance with the market against any modification, loss or illegal use.

Insofar as personal data are processed outside the European Union, we ensure, through contractual or other measures, that such data benefits from a level of protection comparable to the one they would enjoy within the European Union, in accordance with European regulations.

8- What right can I exercise regarding my personal data?

When your data have been collected and processed, you have the right to consult these personal data, to request their rectification if they prove to be incorrect and, subject to reasons, to request the deletion of the personal data. It should nevertheless be taken into account that we cannot always delete all the personal data requested, in particular when their processing is necessary for the institution, the exercise or justification of legal proceedings.

In addition, you also have the right to ask to “limit” the processing (in cases where immediate deletion would disadvantage you, personal data will only be made inaccessible).

If you wish, it is also possible to transmit to another service provider the personal data you have actively provided. This is “the right of data portability”.

Whenever the processing is based on a legitimate interest of EURAGGLO S.A.S., you have the right to object to the processing. If your request is well-founded, EURAGGLO S.A.S. will stop processing your personal data, unless the processing of personal data is related to the institution, the exercise or justification of legal proceeding (e.g. filling a request with a court).

When the processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before such withdrawal.

Finally, you always have the right to object, without having to give a reason, to the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.

9- How can I exercise these rights in practice?

You can exercise these rights by sending an email to euragglo@euragglo.com.

You will need to attach a copy of the front of your identity card to prove your identity. We do this in order to protect your personal data, to ensure, among other things, that no third party can access your personal data.
